I am unable to make payment for new domain purchase.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve tried multiple times at different intervals, using various payment methods and different cards, but none have worked.
I raised a support ticket yesterday regarding a registrar issue but haven’t received a response.
Then I realized this comes under Billing issue category, so I submitting another ticket today.
The support team got back to me saying it looks like my card issuer declined the payment.
But I checked with my card issuer after that, and they confirmed no declines on their end.
I’ve tried multiple cards (both debit and credit) from different banks, and even PayPal, which returned an “internal server error.”
I’ve seen other users mention this issue in community posts.
