Unable to purchase Advanced Certificate


I’m trying to purchase Advanced Certificate Manager since 20 days now, and I also open a support ticket many days ago.

I also tried many payment options but I’m still getting an error "failed to resolve provided rate plan ‘advanced cert_manager’ (code: 1204)”

It sounds like you’re doing everything right.

Please post the Ticket #, and we’ll escalate it.
