Unable to open website using adservs.in/www.adservs.in or http://adservs.in/http://www.adservs.in

I am unable to access my website using the below format I have to specifically type the full URL to access the website. i.e.: https://www.adservs.in

adservs.in

Is there any settings which I have missed in DNS?
I had tried google search console for the same but unable to figure it out.

You can use a page rule to direct traffic as you like, good #Tutorials here, Redirect www.example.com to example.com.
