Unable to obtain auth codes to transfer domains to another registrar

What is the issue you’re encountering

When I go to Domain Registration → Manage Domains and click on “Manage” for any domain, I get “There was an error fetching domain data.” The API returns error code 10000 with the message “Registrar access forbidden.”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I submitted ticket 01405009 and received an automated response that the ticket has been submitted, along with a second automated message with links to the standard documentation and frequently asked questions, which don’t help in my situation. I replied to this message as it suggested for more help, but I have not received any further response, automated or otherwise.
