Cloudflare requests me to change the nameservers, but the DNS records page does not allow me to modify the nameservers.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have run through the full setup (again). Turned DNSSEC off, on, and off again. Checked Who.is to verify Cloudflare is my registrar, it is, but I note the old nameservers were listed. Cloudflare is my registrar, and my domain is listed as Active but pending nameserver update. But I can’t find the method to change the names.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
You cannot change the nameservers on a domain that uses Cloudflare registrar. Did you delete the domain from your account?
If you successfully confirm that you are not in the wrong account by locating your domain in the dashboard under Domain Registration::Manage Domains, you will need to open a registrar support request.
