Unable to modify Applications under Access

Hello,

When selecting “Applications” under Access, I am met with the “Getting Started with Zero Trust” subscription page. I initially thought this was a product of the billing system upgrade, but Access is operational on the status page and I’m yet to see another person report this.

Plan: Free Zero Trust

Can anyone else confirm that they can / cannot open the Applications page?

Thanks!

Still having issues as of 3/1/20204

Billing upgrade banner is gone

Yesterday’s billing fix is resolved

I am having the same issue, support has no resolution still. I am shocked how long it is taking to get this fixed, I cannot modify my existing Access to Applications.

I used to have this issue at the end of January and then it was fixed. And now I’m having this issue again. Here’s the link to the previous thread Selecting Purchase does nothing - #10

I heard back from their billing team today and they are working on it.

Do paid customers face the same issues? Just wondering

Seems to be working now, still no update from support though.

Support replied to my ticket with an unrelated solution. Ticket has been reopened.

Issue persist

Edit: solution was related but did not resolve it

Arrived here with same problem. I’m actually trying to remove an application I configured a couple weeks back (everything worked fine then) but it won’t show me my applications - just shows the “Get started with Cloudflare Zero Trust” message.

Looks like I have the same problem, Tried opening a ticket but, being a free plan, CF refer me here.

When accessing Zero Trust > Access, instead of showing my already configured applications I get “Get started with Cloudflare Zero Trust” and link to set up a plan.

When selectring the free plan and attempting to pay ($0) with PayPal, Purhcase does not go through. Purchase button changes colour and lock appears, with crossed circle on mouse hover.

This means I cannot modify any of my tunnel apps.

CF Billing techs confirmed today that they are looking into it.

It’s the second time it’s happening in the last 3 months.

Since this issue above started happening, I have this error message popping up on the dashboard page whenever it loads. Not sure if it’s related, but who knows.

Tested today and it’s currently working (for me at least)

Can anyone else verify that it’s working?
