What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

open the dashboard login page, click the button to use Apple ID. The same email is registered as my login email for Cloudflare but it does not work, it shows an error message at the bottom within a red bar.

Refreshing the page does not work.

Holy ■■■■, 10 days later and still not even an acknowledgment of my query… The support form told me to post here, so I did, and now it’s being ignored? What kind of [inexistent] customer service is this? Terrible. It’s a logon/access issue, this isn’t professional because of the locking out of my own account nature of this query. So yep, I am totally disgruntled. If a service is being offered, even for free, I expect to be able to access it, or have disclaimers shown to me about the company not caring about loss of access so I can make a decision to take my custom elsewhere. Free or not free, customers rely on the service for important tasks, so Cloudflare should step in and help ASAP but here it is, ignored. Ugh.

I am unable to login using my Apple ID, the same email (I did not use the “hide my email” function on iCloud is registered on my Cloudflare account.

I now have this issue as well. Did you get a resolution. I cant access my email or the domain. Is there not a better way to contact CF?

No, unfortunately. Unprofessional and unresponsive (facts) Cloudflare does not care and does not respond, even to support tickets raised via official channels. I would recommend ditching their useless service (if you just want reliable DNS) and opting for Hurricane Electric’s Free DNS service, it’s excellent. You don’t get the DDoS protection, but if you’re not suffering DDoS attacks then you don’t need it, anyway. And there’s no fancy login page, so nothing to fail. Cloudflare equals complexity. And they don’t fix issues when it fails unless you are an Enterprise user. Their service, like many others recently, seem to be suffering from the well-known phenomenon called Enshittification. Good luck.

I appreciate the feedback, but I’ve lost access to my business domain. It’s how I make a living. All because I trtusted the Apple id login process. I was an Apple employee of over 14 years, they blocked my account because someone got mad t me and reported me as spam. This is so wrong. Someone please give some guidance.

If you have a domain in the account then raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket to ask for help.
