For the last 3 days I’ve been attempting to login to my Cloudflare dashboard from home (same PC and ISP I’ve used for a couple years) BUT Cloudflare keeps saying they’ll email me a token but never do.
Considering the fact that you are locked out of your Cloudflare account and that you have an open ticket with actual support team, it’s best to wait for their email response. Community might not be able to do much here.
The “open” ticket with the “actual” support team has not been updated or responded to by anyone from Cloudflare for over 3 days. Thank you but I would rather clutch at any straw at this point. I need all the help I can get. I’m not just going to continue sitting and waiting. I’ve already done so enough.
I understand what you mean but there might not be much that the community can do to help. If your email address is one that’s ending in the domain that you mentioned in your original post, I noticed that it does not have any MX records. MX records are necessary for incoming emails. Do you know who your email host is? If you do, you should reach out to the customer support team and ask for their max records and add it to your DNS host.
If it’s a different email address from the general public hosts like Gmail, or Yahoo, besides advising that you check your spam box, there might not be much we can do.
