Unable to Login to Account

Hi,
I am unable to login to my account as 2FA codes are not getting recognised.
I have been able to change my password but this doesn’t help,
Because I couldn’t login, Ive had to create this second account to allow me to post a request.
How can I get 2FA Switched off on my live account?
