I’m able to login the dashboard as admin; however I’m unable to take back my superadmin account. I’m unable to verify my devices or find the security key to get back superadmin. How can I disable 2FA on superadmin account from admin account.

You can’t, else that would defeat the point of the permission levels.

The admin account won’t help as that cannot change security settings on the SuperAdmin account.
So you didn’t save your 2FA backup codes? And you don’t have access to a device you’ve previously logged in on to recover it?
