Unable to login due to "incorrect password" but the password has no sign of change

Hello, i created a new account to submit this but we are unable to login to our primary cloudflare account. It is saying that our password/email does not match but we have not changed the password and after checking the email on file there was no notice of a password change. When attempting to reset the password, there is no email being sent to the email on file. The email on file is

I removed that email. I do not show it as associated with a cf account. Here are some recovery options.

If the above links, suspect #3 is the one that will help you, do not help, lmk the name of a website in the account to investigate further.

I am 100% certain that email was the one that was associated with our cf account, so if you are not seeing that associated with a cf account, then i’m concerned that the cloudflare account was hacked and the email was swapped. what would be the best steps of recovering it?
