Unable to login after IP change

Hi, my IP changed recently and now I can’t login. I enter the username and password and get this message: “You’re attempting to log into Cloudflare from an unrecognized IP Address. Please enter the Authentication Token that was sent to the email associated with this account.”

Unfortunately, I’m not getting the emails, not even in Spam. One of my domains has an issue with their zone file, and I’d love to be able to access it.

I saw a similar ticket here - is it possible for someone to please check the suppression list?

Same issue. I am not getting the 2FA emails to my regular account.
