Unable to login anymore ( a2f ) two authentication factor nor identified
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve followed your instructions approving e-mail for support case, i’ve not found primary codes, but i can’t fix this matter.It’s not this account i have both, this one is working.
the other one djframix90ita, the fact that i can’t access to community if i don’t confirm two authentication factor number.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Login Username and password, 2. Require a2f process, 3.Recovery mode ( confirmation case with e-mail ), using billing details or not.
When you enabled 2FA you would have been given a list of recovery codes. You should first try to use one of those to access your account.
If you do not have backup codes then login with your username and password. When you reach the screen to input your 2FA code, click ‘Can’t access your 2FA device or backup codes’.
This will then walk you through the process to recover access to your account. You will need to verify your email and verify a device you have used previously to login. It will then take 3-5 days for Cloudflare to review your request.
Questions about about account access & 2FA will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
