Dear Cloudflare Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with logging into my Cloudflare account. For the past three weeks, I have been unable to log in, receiving the error message “Email address/password do not match. (Code: 1022)”.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Resetting my password multiple times
- Trying to log in from different devices and browsers
- Clearing my browser’s cache and cookies
- Disabling my VPN
- Checking my domain’s nameservers to ensure they are correct
- Reviewing my Cloudflare DNS records to confirm there are no errors
Despite trying all of these steps, I am still unable to log in. I have attached a screenshot of the error message to this post.
I am very frustrated with this situation, as I am unable to access my Cloudflare account to manage my DNS records and website settings. I have reached out to Cloudflare support multiple times, but have not received any helpful responses. They keep directing me to the community forum, but I cannot access the community forum because I cannot log in to my account.
I am now considering closing my Cloudflare account and using a different DNS provider. However, I would prefer to resolve this issue and continue using Cloudflare. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this matter and provide me with a solution.

Sorry for the issues you’re encountering. I just made some adjustments but suspect we’re going to need help from the Support team. The replies to the two tickets you opened resulted from the ticket being sent via email. In order for the Support team to work on the ticket they need it to be created via the dash. If you can create an Account ticket using the account you are using here please share the email address of the account where you cannot login. Once you have a ticket number, please share it here so that I can flag it for my colleagues in Support.
