Attempting to load any of the settings options on a Workers & Pages it redirects to /settings/production. Making it not possible to access settings/environment-variables or settings/builds-deployments or settings/functions

Use other applications/pages
Logout/Login
Used another browser
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Go to Workers & Pages
Open an application that has been deployed
Select the Settings tab
Select Environment variables or Builds & deployments or Functions
Current behavior is nothing loads, seems to be redirecting to settings/production
Expect to be able to edit these settings
