Please ensure you are providing the root domain and not any subdomains (e.g., example.com, not subdomain.example.com)
unity.pvt.k12.ia.us is a school domain managed by Unity Christian, and I need to protect/accelerate it via Cloudflare
Trying to add our website but Cloudflare seems to think the root domain is a subdomain due to the structure of the URL.
k12.ia.us is in the Public Suffix List, but pvt.k12.ia.us is not, so you can’t add a subdomain of it to Cloudflare.
Due to the structure of .us, you may be able to raise a ticket to see if your domain can be added by Cloudflare support as a few people have reported.
We’re having a hard time trying to figure out how to open a support ticket - I understand Cloudflare support is a premium feature, but I’m unable to pay for a premium account without first registering a domain. At an impasse since registering my domain is what I need support with.
Any user can create an Account support ticket. Use that option.
