Unable to get pages functions advance mode working

Hello,

I am trying to test functions advanced mode, but can’t get it to work.
my github repo is https://github.com/b3b00/testPagesAvdancedMode, could someone explain me what I am doing wrong ?

When adding a functions/test.js function, this /test function triggers as it _worker.js is ignored contrary to what the documentation states :

The _worker.js needs to be in the output directory (in this case, public)

As per docs (Advanced mode · Cloudflare Pages docs):

For these cases, Pages offers the ability to define a _worker.js file in the output directory of your Pages project.

Since it isn’t in the output dir, we aren’t currently picking it up
