Unable to get advanced certificate

Hi Team,

We are using Universal certificate and would like to Update to advanced certificate. But it is not allowing to do so through browser and api as well. In browser the options is disabled and when i tried to do so through API. It gave below error.

“Access to configure this resource has not been granted for this zone. This feature is available with the Advanced Certificate Manager.”

Can you please help to enable this option and how we can proceed to get advanced certificate.

As we are in free plan, we are not getting response from support team.

Your help and suggestions would be really appreciate.

Please send a message to billing AT cloudflare DOT com and post the ticket # here so we can re-open and escalate it.

Also, if you edit the title so it’s in General → Billing, someone might notice it sooner.
