Unable to generate Certificate

Steps

  1. Login to website
  2. Click Domain
  3. Click SSL/TLS
  4. Click Origin Server
  5. Click Create Certificate
  6. Click Next

I expect to generate a certificate. Instead i get an error

Error
Failed to validate requested hostname *.domain.com: This zone is either not part of your account, or you do not have access to it. Please contact support if using a multi-user organization. (Code: 1010)

Has the zone been activated?
Are you using standard or CNAME setup?
