Unable to find your Access application

Hi,

I have recently setup a new application on Cloudflare, tunnel work fine but when I try to add Access policy I have this message when accessing the app :

Unable to find your Access application

I try to add another Identity provider (Github) I setup client id and client secret, click save/add, then it give me the link to finish the setup
i have the error

Unable to find the requested identity provider!

Same when I click on test near my Github Identity Provider

I test to create another account , when I try to acess to newly created [TEAM].cloudflareaccess.com it show " Unable to find your Access organization!"

Sounds like nothing is working currently in Cloudflare ?

More info With the new account I just created to test if my account was not the problem :
When I access to [TEAM].cloudflareaccess.com it just spin indefinitly I don’t have Unable to find your Access Organzation
It’s when I try to add github Identity provider to this account that I have the error
Unable to find your Access organization!
