What is the issue you’re encountering
Trying to submit a support request from my dashboard. Under “Solve Your Issue” I’m able to use the dropdowns, select the site with the problem (with Pro plan) and use the Support AI bot. But after I tell the bot I’ve already done each of the tasks it tells me to, it tells me to contact support. There is no way to do that from her. I logged out/logged in, rebooted, etc. It will not advance me past this screen.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Repeated these steps for what feels like 80x.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Go to my dashboard, select account. Email is verified. Click on Support menu, choose Contact Cloudflare. On this page, under “Solve Your Issue” use all the drop-downs to fill in the blanks. Then select which site the problem applies to, write the summary and use the AI bot to troubleshoot. AI bot goes through about 8 things one by one that you’ve already tried and after the 8 times back and forth it tells you to contact support.
