The domain is www.teststore4.com. Not sure why it is not displaying in the original post.
The error message is Target shops.myshopify.com. is not allowed for a proxied record..
O2O for Shopify still needs some manual intervention on the Cloudflare side. Raise an account support ticket to ask for it to be enabled.

By reviewing the dashboard, I am able to see CNAME record configured.
