Unable to downgrade to a free plan and continuous charges are being made

At the end of March, I downgraded my two websites from the Pro plan to the free plan, but they are still showing as Pro plans to this day.

When I try to downgrade again, it shows (Code: 1333). I’ve submitted two requests (#3242121, #3238090) but no one has addressed them. Despite my continual attempts, it’s not working, and I am still being charged. Could you please assist me in downgrading to the free plan and refunding last month’s charges? Thank you.

Your support team merged the old tickets and created Ticket #3238090 to address the refund and forced downgrade issues. However, after I replied, I did not receive any further response. I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.
