For Workers & Pages, what is the name of the domain?

What is the issue or error you’re encountering
Unable to downgrade or upgrade for any of my domains
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have tried to downgrade but I am only taken to the domains subscription list which I believe are now only on free plan but the workers subscription page is still showing I am on a current paid workers.
