What is the issue or error you’re encountering

Hi, I decided to try this feature so I enabled it. However, I’m now unable to disable it, no matter how many times I try, I’m getting the same error and the JS script still gets injected into my website.

If api fails to disable it, would you try disabling using dashboard?

I didn’t use the API. I used the dashboard and the error I mentioned in my post is what was displayed at the bottom of the page.

Téléchargez Outlook pour iOS

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Would you try again using incognito mode or other different browser? For, I’m not able to reproduce that error in one of my zones for the Pages project.

I tried using incognito mode in chrome, same error. I tried with firefox, same error. The web analytics feature is still displayed as “enabled” and the script still gets injected into my pages.

Would you check that you’re not seeing the Disable button? Like:

The disable button is displayed and the sentence confirms that the web analytics is enabled but after clicking on it, I still get the error.

Here is a better screenshot that shows the button:

I ended up removing the project from Pages and adding it back. Caused some downtime but at least it’s finally disabled…
