Hey, I am trying to authorize DNS records from Zoho to connect with email servers.
But I get an error message saying “this DNS record is managed by Email routing. I must disable Email routing on my domain first.”
However, it seems like there is a bug in the Email Routing>Domain section where I’m trying to disable using the settings (3 dots) but nothing happens when I click “disabling”.
I’ve seen that this is a common issue MX records locked

Anyone know what I can do?
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Go to page [domain]/email/routing/settings
- Select settings and press “disabling”
- Nothing happens
