What is the issue you’re encountering
unable to activate cloudflare due to other nameserver entries pointed to cloudflare but that DNS registrar is no longer live and we cannot delete the previous nameservers
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
tried activating our cloudflare for the domain but it seems to be unable to activate as it thinks pre-existing nameservers are still being pointed to cloudflare from another DNS registrar, which no longer hosts that domain and so we are unable to go in and delete the previous nameserver records. The domain is now hosted at namecheap, we pointed the nameservers to luke and maria, and after 3 days of waiting, it still wouldn’t activate
