Describe the issue you are having:
Attempting to delete all Gateway firewall rules, unable to do so via WebUI, Terraform, OR API.

What error message or number are you receiving?
Failed to delete Gateway policy: 419f0fee-6ab3-44e8-ae97-357f771afba7. Status code: 500

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

1. Terraform failed → attempted WebUI
2. WebUI failed → Attempted direct API
3. Direct API failed → ???

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the error:
