For Workers & Pages, what is the name of the domain?
cocomate-api.cocolabo.workers.dev
What is the error message?
A Workers subscription is required to enable Queues.
What is the issue or error you’re encountering
When I try to use Cloudflare Queues, I get the error “A Workers subscription is required to enable Queues.” So I attempted to purchase a Cloudflare Workers subscription, but it says I’m already on a paid plan. What should I do?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
The situation is contradictory, so I don’t know what else I can do.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Log in to Cloudflare Dashboard.
Go to Queues.
Click Create a Queue
Error banner appears: “A Workers subscription is required.”
Open /workers/plans — the page shows I’m already on a paid Workers plan, yet Queues remain disabled.
Yes, I clicked the agree button. Then, as shown at the bottom of the second screenshot, the message “A Workers subscription is required to enable Queues.” appeared.
After that, I clicked the agree button multiple times, but the same message always appeared and nothing changed.
Since contacting support—or asking here—doesn’t seem to improve the billing situation at all, I’m thinking I’ll just delete my Cloudflare account. Thank you for your response
I’m having the same issue… @oshariff or someone please fix this!!
I’ve been on workers paid for a long time, and today the dashboard is crapping out?
It says I don’t have a paid plan in subscriptions, but on the workers → plans page it says I’m on the paid plan…
Downgrade doesn’t work, and there’s no way to “activate” the paid plan again?
Apologies for the inadequate experience.
If you have already deleted your account and removed the email address from Cloudflare systems, it may be a shot to try to get this Workers and Queues set up from scratch again.
