Unable to create custom rules for log4j vulnerability

I am unable to create the custom rules for the log4j vulnerability of payload like ${jndi:dns://aeutbj.example.com/ext} and getting the error “Looks like something went wrong creating your rule… Please try again later.” Could you assist how I can create the rule?

Hi, could you provide some more details on how you’re trying to create the rule? Is it a Firewall Rule? Are you using the dashboard? Whats the response code of the error?

May I ask if you are using a Free or a Paid plan? (due to the possible regex usage, if so)

This is the custom firewall rule. Also if I am trying to give only keyword * ${lower: * it gives the same error.
