Unable to create a new Page project via create using direct upload

This has not worked all day today. Yesterday it was ok.
I enter the new Project name and then when I click CREATE PROJECT the 3 dots are displayed forever. I have left it for an hour.
Have been trying all day today.

If you open your browser dev tools (such as via F12), do you see any errors when this just hangs?

As a workaround, have you tried uploading them using wrangler?
