Vpn not connecting.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Uninstalled and installed the app again.

When you click on the hamburger button in the upper right-hand corner > Advanced > Diagnostics and looking at the Console log > Application logs, does it show anything on what it would cause it to fail? Could you share a screenshot of the logs?
