Unable to connect to sites intermittently

None that I can see, devices time out trying to reach sites. No errors in DNS logs in Cloudflare end.

What is the issue you’re encountering

When DNS proxying is turned on, sites are intermittently unreachable for 10-20 seconds at a time.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Replaced all cabling, migrated origin servers twice, moved origin servers to new hardware, tried different routers. Using dns-cloudflare plugin for ngnx. Disabling proxy works.

DNS not responding/updating

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Ping the hostnames all day and you won’t get some responses sometimes. Maybe 3-10 times a day, it’s super random.

Proxy is off right now and your site still times out (I’ve waited ~2 minutes).

Ah… I had geoblocking turned on for all but USA. I’ve disabled that for now and turned the proxy back on.
