What is the issue you’re encountering

We’re seeing the cloudflare DNS block screen. When checking the DNS log in the console, it says the domain is allowed, but is being blocked in the client

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked the log, can see its being allowed in the log but denied on the client.
Something has changed since Mid-December until now as it was working perfectly before we went on leave for the holidays but now the entire team is having the same issue.
Checked the client is running the latest version.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Allow an application like Microsoft Power BI or a domain like teamviewer.com.

Try to access https://app.powerbi.com/. The application fails to load due to various domains being blocked it depends on.

Allow list certain root domains like windows.net.

They continue to be blocked by the client, although they say allowed when we view the log in the cloudflare console.
