Unable to connect cf server

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

502 (exactly no any number)

What is the error message?

unable to connect server (timeout)

What is the issue you’re encountering

The default Cloudflare CDN Server Node for my domain is too slow for some customer’s area, and I don’t know how to switch it.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Delete my domain and readd it.
Find all settings but didn’t find any useful settings.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

open any Website speed measurement service and test kdxiaoyi.top, then found all China(Mainland) users can’t visit my website

but when test main.kdx233.eu.org (my another domain on Cloudflare), it won’t produce, so I guess if cloudflare assigned the wrong CDN node to my kdxiaoyi.top

I don’t get 502, however not from :cn: . It’s working fine from my end at least :thinking:

Wonder if you might need the below feature for such case, which is available only for Enterprise plan type :thinking:

Thanks for your kindly reply, however:

  • Yesterday, I just have kdxiaoyi.top forcibly linked to main.kdx233.eu.org for enabling anyone in China using the faster nodes.
  • Maybe I can’t express my meaning correctly in the pervious post. I means that :
    • And I’m finding a way to sync their nodes or enable me to choose nodes for kdxiaoyi.top.

They are both testing in 2024.12.30(UTC+8).

And after my CNAME operation, it has been faster but I don’t know if it’s stable.

I believe Cloudflare is aware of the issue and is looking forward into the ways addressing the China firewall block, which apparently still occurs.
