Re-entered the authorisation code to complete the transfer, but still unable to transfer the domain.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I have been trying to transfer Domain: blockdaemonaccess.com. The name servers have already been configured and propagated. Authorisation code has already been requested and has been accepted, however when trying to to Complete and Finalize transfer, the button is greyed out and it looks like it’s searching for something, as the wheelie thing keeps going round.
There has not been any errors so far, as shown in the screenshot attached.
