Cannot purchase Zero Trust plan

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

My company has use Cloudflare Zero Trust Access for many years.

Recently, we need to purchase an additional seat. Because we were on a legacy plan and our usage would now fit within the Free plan, we cancelled the plan and attempted to purchase the Free plan.

Unfortunately, whenever we attempt to purchase the plan, the purchase button becomes disabled and the browser network console shows an internal server error.

Recently, the Zero Trust dashboard was changed and now shows a “Get started” screen when trying to configure applications if you don’t have a plan, so in addition to being unable to add seats, we are now unable to even configure our existing applications.

We have had a case open for several weeks with no reply. We have previously opened cases about this and they were automatically closed without any action.

We would be happy to sign up for a paid plan, but even that doesn’t work (same error), and in any case I believe it is not necessary for our usage (Access with <50 seats).
