I already deleted my old Hotmail/Microsoft account so I can’t follow the link sent to my old email address.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
The new registrant contact email I’m trying to change to already matches my super administrator email, as requested by support. I’ve submitted a new change of registrant contact, replied to support to say I’ve done so but no progress is ever made.
Please make sure to submit a new change of registrant request and let us know once this step has been completed.
