Unable to Change Nameservers - Is Domain Really in My Account?

I have a domain where Cloudflare is showing as the Registrar of record. The domain is showing in my account under Websites but not under Domain Registrations. IS it possible that the domain registration is helped by some other Cloudflare account?

The domain is coming up for renewal in a couple of months and we are concerned that it might be owned by some other account and will not renew.

The domain is successfully pointing to my website but according to dnschecker.org, the name servers are Cloudflare nameservers but not what Cloudflare would like them to be, as shown in my account. We can not see how to change them.

The domain is showing a status of ‘Pending Nameserver Update’ and has been stuck in this state.

Please advise, and TIA.

:point_up_2: That, along with the domain not appearing under domain management, strongly suggests that you are in the wrong Cloudflare account.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

These links may help, but they only work when logged out
