We have some clients using CLOUDFLARE free accounts who are facing issues described below.
These clients migrated from other hosts with whom they had a free cpanel Cloudflare account and that was activated by their previous host so they don’t have access to that email anymore and now they want to activate their Cloudflare from our cpanel hosting account. When they are trying to activate it’s showing that the domain is already registered and they need to use their previous email to access their account.
We want to use new email address for these domains so the customers can access their cloudflare account again and use them. Please help and guide us on how to do this.
