Hello, I am interested in ordering a domain through CF, but I previously canceled the PayPal auto-payment setting by mistake (on the PayPal side), which prevents CF from charging me via PayPal.
I contacted PayPal, and they informed me that I can re-bind the auto-payment. However, while attempting to do so, I discovered that I am unable to un-bind my PayPal account because I cannot cancel subscriptions (Zero Trust). Consequently, I am currently unable to make payments using PayPal.
I have tried several methods to resolve this issue, but none have been successful:
- I went to Zero Trust and deleted all instances I could find.
- I deleted the entire domain.
- I used different browsers.
- I submitted a support ticket to CF.
- I searched Google for similar issues.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Pay all the unpaid bills.
- On the Cloudflare main page, click the human icon in the top-right corner, then click on Billing.
- Click the
Subscriptions
tab. - Click the
Cancel
button for theCloudflare Zero Trust
item. - Fill out all the questionnaire options.
- The
Confirm
button remains greyed out (not clickable).
