Unable to cancel subscription

My company has been trying to cancel our subscription for 3 weeks (ticket #3219690), which we can’t do on our own because of a Cloudflare bug. Cloudflare still haven’t helped us in the ticket but keeps withdrawing money from our credit card! How can we get actual support from Cloudflare? What’s going on?
