Hi there, I’m unable to cancel my subscription. Under billing subscription, there’s an Edit button but nothing happens when I click on it. I tried with 3 different browsers.
I’m being charged $20 every month though I don’t have any sites.
I tried to delete my payment method, but won’t let me.
I opened a ticket 3 days ago and got no replies.
Any help is welcome!!
Did you remove the domain in question from Cloudflare?
Hi Sandro, yes I did remove the one domain I used to have. Should I have cancelled cancelled before removing the domain?
If you can’t cancel a subscription from the Dashboard, open a Ticket:
Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.
I would expect a paid plan to be cancelled when the associated domain is removed, but maybe something got stuck.

I’m having this same exact problem. I removed the domain associated with the subscription expecting the edit to change to cancel in the subscriptions page. It still says edit and now clicking edit does nothing.
Well I doubt this will help you any I ended up getting here by way of a fraudulent "your new cell phone is waiting to be shipped to you "email that sucked me into this rabbit hole and I’m in the process of attempting to delete this thing myself.Thats y I only use pre paids online and nothing with more then 25 bucks on it.Oh well I have beta test platform hunter killer for all forms of random mallware and whatever else turns your crank and it’s a step away from military grade I’ll open this up with it and see how long it takes to get it deleted thx Microsoft for the tester
