What is the issue or error you’re encountering

I have been charged for the Images Basic Storage subscription every month, but when I navigate to Images → Overview, I do not see any option to manage or cancel my subscription. There is no way to stop the subscription from the dashboard. Please assist me in canceling it.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

1. Checked the Images Overview page, but there is no option to manage or cancel the Images Basic Storage.
2. Searched Cloudflare documentation but couldn’t find any relevant information.
3. Attempted to contact Cloudflare Support, but I have a Free Plan and no direct ticketing option.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

1. Go to Cloudflare Dashboard → Images → Overview.
2. Look for the Images Basic Storage subscription.
3. There is no option available to manage or cancel it.

Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community. You can open a Billing ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

There should be a “Manage Plan” link in the top right corner over the Overview Page.

If you cannot see this, then you should go through the billing ticket route.
