Unable to Approve Certificate in Certificate Approval Request

What is the issue you’re encountering

I received an email from Cloudflare to update a txt record in DNS for my certificate approval. I did this and then they have a page for me to validate the cert. I click approve cert and it fails with no helpful info.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Talked to the Cloudflare AI.
Waited 24 hrs
re-set the txt record
I have confirmed with dig that the correct value is set

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

Just wanna chime in to say I am experiencing the same issue. I have also confirmed the TXT records

I am also experiencing this issue. Currently opened a support case so will update if they identify a fix

Support had informed me that the certificate had auto-renewed via the CNAME three days before my company had made the TXT change to our domain, which was causing the Certificate Approval error. I’m still waiting on a reply to confirm if the next renewal will be completed via TXT but we have kept the TXT record in place on our domain as per the email.
