Unable to add website that TLD contains country code

I’m trying to add the domain my-domain.com.bd but it’s showing Failed to lookup registrar and hosting information of my-domain.com.bd at this time. Please contact Cloudflare Support or try again later.

The domain contains top TLD (.com) then why this problem? Need help, what’s wrong here?

Without knowing the actual domain name, we can’t offer specific advice, but it’s most likely that something isn’t resolving in DNS. Here is more information:
