Unable to add site "Code: 1097"

I just tried to add a a site to to my account but I get the error:

This zone is banned and cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time, please contact Cloudflare Support. (Code: 1097)

What is the best contact Cloudflare Support about this? I can’t see an email anywhere :confused:
