What is the issue you’re encountering
I’m unable to complete the domain setup despite having all invoices paid. This domain was previously in my account but expired, and now I’m trying to add it again. The system appears to have marked it as “do not upgrade” in your internal systems.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Checked my billing page thoroughly - all invoices are paid (see attached screenshot)
My latest three invoices (April, March, February 2025) show $0.00 USD and are marked as “Paid”
Attempted to add the domain with both free and paid plans
Tried creating a new account, but still encountered the same issue
Submitted a support ticket but haven’t received a response yet

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Log into my Cloudflare account
Attempt to add domain “artificialic.com”
Select free plan → receive error about outstanding balance
Try with Pro plan → receive error about zone cannot be upgraded
