Unable to add payment method to my account

There is no error message to add.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am not able to add payment method to my account. Once I complete the addition process, it says payment method added but again redirects be bak to card page with message customer has no payment methods.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried paypal, same issue.
Tried different card, same issue.

Searching online, I find similar issue from so many customers. Created a support ticket 3 weeks ago. No response other than some crapy automated bot message repeating my own message.

I am trying to pay to you, and this is the support I get? Disgusting.

Well thats the exact issue.

Support is not responding. It hasn’t responded in 3 weeks. Why do you think I had to come here for finding solution if support “responded” to my support ticket?
