I have tried multiple times to add a payment method without success
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tried different browers, credit cards and also trying PayPal. Also tried opening a support case Cloudflare - 01407733. I am not currently a paid member and cannot provide a billing ticket. I’ve also tried transfering a domain and paying with the same error.
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
The problem is that I cannot log into see the Support ticket, because my account does not support that. It’s been a month now with no response, is there anything else that can be done?
If you reply to the ticket via email, your reply is added to the ticket and the agent can see it. Not being able to see support tickets on the dash is an issue the Support team is working to address.
Glad to hear they’re finally working on the Support and Salesforce access. I’m a big fan of Cloudflare, but honestly, this whole process has been extremely frustrating. It seems like there are tons of customers in the same situation—ready to make paid purchases, but forced to keep following up just to get the chance. I really hope Cloudflare fixes this before it starts costing them business. Thanks.
